Interlocking my hair..

MY DREADLOCK JOURNEY: Interlocking Patterns : 'via Blog this' This blog has really helped me with my journey and re-tightening since I'll have to do it on my own for a while. Cooling Summer Epsom Salt Bath | Care2 Healthy Living

Cooling Summer Epsom Salt Bath | Care2 Healthy Living : 'via Blog this' So Im a health nut and I love coming across things that are cheap, healthy, and chemical free. I will be using this very soon!! Here’s the how-to: To a tub of tepid water add 2 cups Epsom salt, stir in 1 sliced cucumber, a handful of torn peppermint leaves, and 3 drops ylang ylang pure essential oil.  Step  in, relax, and await small miracles. Eating raw foods. The ultimate choice in optimal health.

Eating raw foods. The ultimate choice in optimal health. : So I came across this blog and I am really thinking about changing the way I eat. I want to eat more vegetables and less meat. Although I wont give up meat totally I want to decrease it from my diet. My goal is to only eat meat once a day or every other day and eat more raw vegetables (more nutrients). Raw vegetables have more nutrients than cooked ones. So I'm like what is the point in eating vegetables if they are cooked to mush and they have little to no nutrients left inside?? I will be doing my research more and probably get a book on raw foods. I also want to buy a juicer and make my own fresh juices. 'via Blog this'
